Maria T. | Registered Massage Therapist

​Hello, my name is Maria, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with extensive training and expertise in therapeutic massage. I have completed over 2,245 hours of comprehensive education, equipping me with the knowledge and techniques to deliver exceptional care. I am proud to be in good standing with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA).

Specializations and Approach

I specialize in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Swedish massage, relaxation techniques, deep tissue, cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, and hot stone treatments. My approach is thorough and adaptable, allowing me to tailor each session to meet the unique needs and preferences of my clients.

Why I Chose Massage Therapy

Driven by a deep belief in the healing power of touch, I chose to pursue a career as an RMT to support others in their journey to health and well-being. My goal is to provide effective care to those in need, fostering an environment where healing and comfort are prioritized.

What I Love About My Work

The most rewarding aspect of my work is the ability to connect with my clients on a personal level. By actively listening to their concerns, I am able to create a safe and nurturing space where they can fully relax and release stress. I take great pride in utilizing my skills to help clients improve their quality of life—whether through pain relief, stress reduction, or general relaxation. Ensuring that each individual feels safe, respected, and supported is at the core of my practice.

What Drives Me

My passion for massage therapy is continually fueled by the positive transformations I witness in my clients. Seeing them leave my sessions feeling rejuvenated and relieved of tension is a constant source of motivation, inspiring me to continuously strive for excellence in my practice.

Outside of the Clinic

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, embracing outdoor activities, staying active through fitness, experimenting in the kitchen, and keeping my hands engaged in creative pursuits.
